Mark Anderson is the founder of Growzie, a community-powered wellness platform rooted in decades of real-world neighborhood experience.

For over 27 years, Mark has run the longest-standing handyman business in the county — serving more than 5,000 homes, many of them multiple times. His work put him in daily contact with real people, real kitchens, and real backyards — where trust is earned, stories are shared, and needs often go unspoken.

During the pandemic, Mark began to notice something: a surge in home gardens and a flood of healthy produce being offered to him by grateful clients.

“Do you want some tomatoes?” they’d ask. “We’ve got more lemons than we can use.”

These generous offers pointed to a bigger truth: people want to share — but most of that abundance still went to waste.

From that experience, Growzie was born — a platform designed to make sharing natural, simple, and meaningful. Built on G-Seeds, friendly trades, and wellness-focused content, Growzie reflects Mark’s belief that the healthiest things we grow aren’t just in the garden — but in connection with others.

Today, Mark leads Growzie’s product vision, development, and outreach strategy — growing a digital community with the same trust and care he’s offered for decades.
